Can I connect E1/T1/PRI/PSTN lines to HoduSoft products?

  • HoduSoft product line supports direct standard SIP communications only.
  • You can have the relevant gateway which will convert the traffic to SIP to connect to the HoduSoft products.
  • All standard SIP supported gateways will be supported.

Is recording available and how long can I store them?

  • Yes, recordings are available.
  • Recordings can be stored based on the server storage capacity with flexible time period configuration. Also, recordings can be transferred to remote locations if required.

Can I configure my own DID and Gateway/SIP Trunk Provider?

  • Yes, you can configure your own DID’s and their providers along with Gateway/SIP Trunks for outgoing calls.

Can I send call details to the 3rd party?

  • Yes, you can use the related API to fetch Call Details Records (CDR).
  • Also CDR’s can be exported and used in 3rd Party platforms.

Are API's available?

  • Yes, we have API’s available which can be used to do the integration with 3rd party systems.

Can I configure Click-2-Call in 3rd party CRM using HoduCC?

  • Yes, HoduCC’s Click-2-Call API is available which can be used for integrations

Can I make and receive calls in 3rd party CRM using HoduCC?

  • Yes, HoduCC’s WebPhone API is available which can be used for integrations to make and receive calls directly from the 3rd party CRM.

Is TTS supported?

  • Yes, HoduCC has integration with Cepstral for TTS. You can purchase the license from Cepstral to use it in HoduCC.

Is Single Sign-On (SSO) supported?

  • Yes, HoduCC has Google Single Sign-On feature which can be enabled for Admin, Tenant, Supervisor and Agent level.

Can I Import my current customers into HoduCC CRM and customize fields as per requirement?

  • Yes, HoduCC supports the customer import facility. Admin can create required custom fields to accommodate customer details.

Tickets are auto-generated or manually?

  • HoduCC generates Tickets automatically for Email, Social Media interactions (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp, Telegram for Business).
  • HoduCC Agents/Supervisors can create Tickets manually for Call, Chat, SMS and also for Email, Telegram & Social Media.

What features are supported for social media interactions?

  • Facebook – Post/Comments and Messenger requests
  • Instagram – Post/Comments requests
  • Twitter – Direct Message requests

  • No, the billing module is not available with HoduCC.

  • HoduPBX supports HoduPhone iOS and Android mobile applications along with the Google Chrome Extension.

How do I connect my IP phone to HoduPBX?

  • You can connect by entering username/password/domain manually.
  • You can use Auto-Provisioning module to configure automatically for supported devices.

Can I configure my own SIP trunk?

  • Admin can configure their own SIP trunks (IP/Domain/Registration).
  • If the admin has given access to Tenants, they can also configure their own SIP trunks.

Does HoduPBX come with a billing module or without billing?
