Experience: 5 years and more with IT Products or IT services selling
Qualification: Bachelor or Masters degree with Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Computer Engineering / Computer Science. Person having qualification with an MBA will have an added advantage

We are looking for aggressive sales professionals who are passionate for client relationships and have the ability to play a role of hunter to build new business and revenue through Direct Sales / Channel Partners for HoduSoft Unified Communication Software Products. This position holder will be an individual contributor and responsible to generate revenue through new business development and bringing new clients or partners on board. Person should have the ability to use different tools for hunting prospects and will be responsible to close the deal following the end to end sales cycle.

  • To generate leads along with the assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted market segments and initiate the sales process.
  • To manage time and workflow and create effective client meeting plans.
  • To penetrate assigned geography by finding new potential customers / channel partners
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations with the Pre-Sales Team
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal pre-sales team to ensure that product demo as well as POC or Product evaluation phase will get completed in stipulated time frame to close the deal
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company’s payment terms.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements
  • Achievement of quarterly, half yearly and yearly revenue targets
Knowledge: VoIP or IP Communication related knowledge with products / solutions or services will be an additional advantage
