Multitenancy:

Being multitenant, HoduBlast enables you to manage all your tenants on a single platform.

Shows everything related to calls like live calls, today’s call, call per hour, live tenant details, tenant call summary, and more.

Users and Roles:

This helps in managing tenants starting from tenant ID, name, username, email ID, outbound customization, and limiting concurrent calls.

Limit concurrent calls:

You can limit the number of calls a user (tenant) can make simultaneously at any given time.

Conduct automated surveys and collect feedback from callers using an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.

Play File:

Set concurrent calls, answer timeout (in seconds), ring timeout (in seconds), and SLA settings.

Set your dial priority as per your requirement. After uploading the CSV file, select FIFO for first-in, first-out or LIFO for last-in, first-out.
