Qualification: MBA (HR)/Certain courses in HR
- Recruitment: Source candidates through ‘n’ mediums & Screen candidates by reviewing resumes/job applications
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Office maintenance & Document Management
- Provide Office administrative support and Admin activities
- Identifying and managing databases of full time employees, freelancers, management institutes and vendors
- Will be responsible for vendor and event management
- Will be responsible for travel desk management.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word

- Efficient in managing all routine admin and operational work
