Job Description:

  • Recruitment:Sourcing candidates, though Job portals, advertisements and other sources
  • Source candidates & Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Office maintenance & Document Management
  • Provide Office administrative support and Admin activities
  • Identifying and managing databases of full time employees, freelancers, management institutes and vendors
  • Will be responsible for vendor and infrastructure management
  • Will be responsible for travel desk management.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word

  • Efficient in managing all routine admin and operational work
