Educational Qualification: Any Technical Graduate
Job Description:
  • Actively handle Chat portal on the company’s website
  • Assist individuals and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Provide a positive customer experience by handling a high chat volumes
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; provide a clear response and product information
  • To execute outbound campaign
  • Able to refine the given data to improve quality of it as per the need of campaign.
  • To sell technology solutions and IT products
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and fix direct meeting with clients, leading to an increase in sales
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of HoduSoft’s varied product line
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
