Job Description:
- Actively handle Chat portal on the company’s website
- Assist individuals and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal needs
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
- Provide a positive customer experience by handling a high chat volumes
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; provide a clear response and product information
- To execute outbound campaign
- Able to refine the given data to improve quality of it as per the need of campaign.
- To sell technology solutions and IT products
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and fix direct meeting with clients, leading to an increase in sales
- Develop an extensive knowledge of HoduSoft’s varied product line
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
