Support Engineer

Job Title: Support Engineer (For MYEDU product)
Qualification: BCA/ IT/IT Engineering
Experience: 1.5+ years

Candidate Skills

  • Good command over English Language
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good in MIS
  • Proper documentation and research work needs to be done of each issue that occurs or might occur with the best fit solution
  • Working with customers/tech team to identify software/app problems and advising on the solution.
  • Maintaining and creating MIS Record/Reports
  • Closely working with Sales team to visit customers and providing product training
  • Constantly be in contact with the customers to extract information and publish information to generate active users
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Technical Support Engineer

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (VoIP Products)
Qualification: B.E. (C.E. /I.T.) / MCA
Experience: 2-4 years

Candidate Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of VoIP and SIP
  • Good experience in FreeSWITCH
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Good knowledge in any other open source VoIP solutions like AsteriskOpenSIPS, Kamailio
  • Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like wireshark, tcpdump, etc
  • Good knowledge of sipp, fail2ban & IPtables
  • Should have experience in installation & configuration of Products
  • Should have Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge of Mysql Database
  • Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will add advantage
  • Excellent communication skill & Should be able to communicate & write in English
